Sweet Catastrophe

Ummm here, have some facts about me.

Jade isn’t my first name. It’s Ashlee–however, I’ve NEVER gone by Ashlee. Always Jade (or Jadeline, Jadeling, Jade-head, Jadé…..etc ;))

I’m highly allergic to cats. I’ve owned one all my life though.

I eat Egg McMuffins without egg.

If I get full when eating something really yummy (like a pizza or burger or something) I’ll pick it apart and eat just the “good” stuff–like the cheese.

I’m obsessed with cheese–really.

I have a soft spot for gnomes.

My favorite junk food changes every month.

I’m a really picky eater but I’ll try just about anything Ryan suggests. (I probably trust him way too much :))

I’m freakishly afraid of anything that stings and will run away screaming like there’s no tomorrow. I was stung 16 times at once by wasps when I was younger– 26 times total that summer, so I don’t play.

My best friend growing up had the same birthday as my grandmother and I have the same birthday as her grandmother.

I get a hard-on for storage space.

I own over 150 DVDs (I think at last count, I was at 172)

I’ve watched every episode of The Office many, many times

Diet Sunkist is the only ‘diet’ drink I like.

I’d rather be barefoot. How southern of me, right? Flip flops if I must…

And in the winter I’d rather drive with flip flops on and have the heat blasting on my toes. It’s heavenly.

I love, love, love the rain. My favorite weather is overcast. Me and the sun just aren’t pals.

My favorite artists/bands, in no particular order are Andrew McMahon (Jack’s Mannequin & Something Corporate), Sting, Lifehouse, Butch Walker, Death Cab for Cutie, & Jimmy Eat World.

I love technology. My computer, my iPod, and my Kindle are my favorite material possessions. I use at least two of the three daily.

My left foot is smaller than my right. Not enough to see, I guess, but enough that I have a hell of a time finding shoes that fit both feet comfortably.

Gossamer is my favorite cartoon character.
