There’s supposed to be one Xbox being given away every hour (between 12pm est and 8pm est) every day! Some other prizes, but the Xbox is obviously the one you want. Behind the cut is a huge list of codes you can use (they have a set limit of total codes so everyone gets the same ones) You can enter as many codes as you like, but you can only play 3 times a day. If you’d rather not, you can just click ’skip game’ to get your instant win results.
Important note: You can only win ONE instant win prize, so if you win a $5 Subway card, that’s it for your account!
Try it out!
Full rules, prizes and a ton of codes behind the cut.

From IMDB:
Set on a colorful Greek island, the plot serves as a background for a wealth of great ABBA songs which are used in remarkably appropriate ways. A young woman about to be married discovers that any one of three men could be her father. She invites all three to the wedding without telling her mother, Donna, who was once the lead singer of Donna and the Dynamos. In the meantime, Donna has invited her backup singers, Rosie and Tanya.
The short of it– Nope.
Okay, so I didn’t watch expecting to love or even truly enjoy the movie, but you know sometimes movies like this are just worth watching once for simple entertainment.
Notsomuch with this one.
There’s really not a plot here, just some vague storyline pieced together weakly just as a setup for the next ABBA song. Unfortunately, you can’t even skip the songs since you never know when they’ll break for dialogue.
And Meryl Streep’s character spazzes out and reacts to everything as a teenager would and it’s just awful trying to watch someone her age act that way.
The only thing I enjoyed about the movie was watching Amanda Seyfried in a role that was really cute for her. I enjoyed her character– she played the part well.
And of course the three possible fathers were fun. Other than that it was just painful.
So if you think you might as well succumb to the hype ’cause it’ll probably be cute and somewhat entertaining, don’t bother ;)

I’m not at ALL making resolutions for next year. However, I do have goals in mind but I’m starting work on them now.
I’ve already lost a few pounds just from cutting sodas out of my diet (it’s amazing what you can go without when you go broke) and my next goal is to start working out when I wake up. If I can’t sleep past 9am anyway, I might as well be taking advantage of that. I’m giving myself another week for my body to get used to getting straight out of bed at 9 and then I’ll decide what I’m going to be doing every morning after Willow’s shots.
The amazing Los Angelista is giving a chance to win what I think would be the perfect morning workout for me! A Wii Fit! I just know a Wii Fit would be the perfect way for me to workout! If nothing else, I’ll be stuck on it until I set records on everything available and by then I’ll be well into a routine of working out in the mornings!
I’m so terribly interested in working through all the categories: Yoga, Aerobics, Strength Training, and Balance– most of all I really want to try out the Yoga!
So here’s hoping some of that old luck pops back up for me!!

InvestorBlogger is running a contest–one I really like the idea of.
There’s an image here, if you can guess what it is, your name will be thrown in for the chance to have it sent to you!
Looks to me like an external harddrive and while I already own one, I could always use another to keep some of my media instead of deleting it all! I go geeky ga-ga over externals!

Can I Make Big Money Online is holding a contest for the owners’ new barter site called “Barter Genius“. They are giving away 500 dollars to one lucky winner. This is an entry into the contest. For more details about the contest click here.
Yeah, I know I’m actually using their suggested text, which I normally wouldn’t do, but Nyquil owns my stuffy head right now and I can’t pass up a chance at $500. I’ve got books to buy next week! You shouldn’t pass it up either.

We all like to Make Money Online. It’s just too convenient! Reason and Capitalism offers some great advice on how to do just that. Looking down the list, you’d think a lot of these things would be pretty obvious, but they really dial and down and tell you what you need to know. It’s great to see some lengthy detail that actually includes examples and really dials into the specifics. I’d like to quote a small part:
Be Honest
People can see through an insincere writing style. You need to actually care about both what you’re writing about and the people who will read it. Otherwise, you’ll just come off as an arrogant jerk. Search engines hate, and I mean hate jerks. Well. Other webmasters do at least, meaning you won’t get as many links as if you were sincere.
I really wish people would take more heed to that. If you don’t care about enemas, don’t write a 200 word post about enemas…

Last night marked the close for submissions to my Cover Contest and after listening to all the songs, I picked my favorites and distributed points. I assigned all entrants a number, and wrote down that number once for every entry. I cut ‘em all out [tons of tiny pieces of paper...] and threw ‘em in a hat to draw out my winner.
Number 4– Kat from My Single Mom Life and Twisted Psycho is the winner! Kat, you’ll be receiving an email from me shortly to work out how you want your prize.
I’d like to thank every one who participated! I’ve gotten a lot of great songs out of this. A special thanks to Christine and Allan who sent me a few of my favorites from this batch.
Keep an eye out guys, I’ve decided this won’t be my last music contest. Soon I’ll be holding one to expand my collection of acoustic songs ;)
Thanks again to everyone who participated!

Ultra-runner Tim Borland is running 63 marathons in 63 days in order to raise funds and awareness for the A-T Children’s Project in their quest for a cure or life-improving therapies for ataxia-telangiectasia (A-T). A-T is a rare, neurodegenerative disease that affects children, giving them the combined symptoms of cystic fibrosis, muscular dystrophy, cerebral palsy, and cancer. Children with A-T — born seemingly healthy — are usually dependent upon wheelchairs by the age of 10 and often do not survive their teens. To run with Tim, join a tailgate party, or make a donation, please visit the A-T CureTour website. There, you can also view the daily video blog produced by filmmakers who are making an independent documentary on the A-T CureTour and enter a contest to Win a Nintendo Wii.
This disease affects an estimated 1 in 40,000 children, but it’s predicted that many who die young aren’t properly diagnosed–therefore it may be much more common than we know.
There is no cure for A-T, and there is currently no way to slow the progression of the disease. At this time, treatments are directed only toward partially alleviating some symptoms as they appear. Because A-T is a rare, “orphan” disease, very little research data is available on pharmaceutical therapies that may aid these children. Physical, occupational and speech therapy are used to help maintain flexibility, gamma-globulin injections help supplement the immune systems of A-T patients, and high-dose vitamin regimes are being undertaken with some moderate results.

The Rookie Blogger is holding the first of many contests to help build up a name and traffic to his new blog.
Mike’s fairly new to the game. He’s recently discovered the world of money-making on the internet and is somewhat chronicling his venture.
Part of his plan is to give back to his readers regularly with different contests and such every month.
I wish you well Mike! It can be a bumpy ride, but it’s certainly an interesting one!
If you’d like to help Mike out, and possibly earn $50, you can give your readers a heads up about his contest. You can win through blogging, or genuine comments on his blog between now and the end of November.
