Super quick, super easy!

Frozen chicken breast
BBQ Sauce
Cheddar Cheese

Small casserole dish, or any other baking dish– line it with tin foil, sit the frozen chicken breast inside and cover it in BBQ sauce. Seal up the tin foil and bake at 325 for 45 minutes! (30 minutes if it’s a thawed chicken breast) As soon as it comes out, plate it up and put your cheddar on top to melt! Everything is done to taste– how much bbq sauce you want, how much cheddar, etc.

You can also employ this same method with other sauces and marinades. I like to experiment. It’s kinda hard to ruin a chicken breast beyond it being edible.
