I really think these are a great idea for college students especially. Here at VSU, in both the Library and the Multimedia workshop, they sell reformatted flash drives for a low price. Know where they get them? People who leave their flash drives behind! You’re also asking for trouble if you step away from your computer to pick up stuff from the printer, or to go make copies of something. Flash drives are in high demand among students and some people have no problem sinking to that level. Having your name engraved on it is definitely a bit of theft deterrent!
