From the pain earlier this week:
Me: I think it’s time to just pull out the heating pad and lie in bed for the rest of the day.
Ryan: You could go up to the gym and hit the elliptical; isn’t exercise supposed to help?
Me: *glare of doom*
Ryan: Or I could go get you some ice cream while you set up the heating pad.
Me: Nice save.
He’s pretty good at saving himself when he says something outrageously wrong
