So I took my Spanish test yesterday and wow–totally bombed it! I knew all the new things we’d learned in the chapter, but for some reason, conjugations just completely left my mind and conjugation probably made up about half of the possible points on the test! She asked me how it was when I finished and I told her about that and I don’t think she’s even gonna grade it. I told her I’d be there with everyone on Wednesday to retake it! haha
A lot of good actually came out of it though! I’ve got a few grades missing from days I’ve been out and I haven’t done any of my online work. I know, totally slacking–I dunno how I’ve allowed myself to just ignore an assignment. She’s letting me do it all now though! I’ve done all the actual handouts and such already, now I’ve just got to do all of my online stuff. She mentioned something about finding a way to make up my missing quizzes as well.
I feel much better about how my grades will turn out this semester, now. I’m still not sure how I’m gonna make things better in Biology, but that’s okay, as long as I don’t fail, I’m okay with that. I’ll have As and Bs in all my other classes, so I won’t cry over a sucky Biology grade–especially considering I know everyone else is struggling with his teaching methods.
