so tonight was my first night back at work. i spent my first 30 minutes up at the returns desk, dodging some complicated returns and leaving them for the girl who was on break 
i really hate returns. seriously. then i got stationed in outside lawn and garden which was great; if i have to be at work, that’s my preferred spot. it’s not very busy out there right now so it took a pretty long while before i started aching. i tried to leave, but david got pretty much abandoned up front so he was closing down garden to bring me inside. after that, when i got stuck behind a busy register, the pain really hit. it started with all the crazy aching muscles and then finally escalated to the incision site actually hurting. when that hurt, it really hurts. i hate it. david let me go right on time though, so i can’t really complain much i suppose
ryan finally got started on the room 
that’s all i wanted was a start. now it’ll get finished pretty quickly. he got interrupted by work calling him in, but that’s okay! he turned on king kong earlier. i didn’t watch it originally ’cause i thought it was gonna be ridiculously awful, but i got sucked in and what i saw was actually pretty good. i was surprised. i missed the first little bit and the last hour (it’s a little over 3 hours long….) so i’m watching it right now. movies OnDemand are pretty much amazing =)
my incision itchessssss. i go in tomorrow morning for another appointment. i guess they’ll be removing the steri-stips and everything. i’m thinking about asking for another prescription. not for loratab, but for something ’cause ibuprofen just ain’t gonna cut it. i also may not go into work tomorrow. we’ll see. i’m gonna talk to the dr about it probably. maybe, if i’m lucky, i can talk him into writing me an excuse for a few more days. i’m kicking myself for not just taking more time in the first place. i dunno why i didn’t. if i had just taken two weeks then i’d be covered through christmas. yeah, i’m not dumb or anything.
