The apartment is coming along. See, there’s no space in our tiny bedroom for a lot of our stuff, so there’s a ton of clutter downstairs. Fortunately, it seems every time I clean downstairs I’m able to get rid of a little more stuff or at least consolidate it to a smaller area. I’ll be so happy when we move to the bigger room. Part of the problem is that there’s just so much junk and I don’t know what belongs to Ryan, and what belongs to Jonathan, but after he moves, I’ll know! I plan on putting any questionable stuff (questionable as in I’m questioning whether it’s something that needs to be kept or trashed) in one big box and making him sort through it all. I’ll also have a little more room in our bedroom for storage space and such. Seriously, I’m SO excited about it. I can’t wait to have a nice looking apartment again! haha

I’ve got to write a summary on Metamorphosis (not the cockroach story, the greek stories) and it really needs to be done today, but I just can’t get motivated…it’s so long and it was a complete chore to read in the first place! It’ll be really beneficial, I mean, for one, I need to read them again anyway to lock in some information for the final exam, but also, my teacher offered to let me do this summary to replace the few quizzes I missed this semester which was very generous of her as she’s not the makeup work type teacher. I was really excited when she made the offer.

Last night was fun! Late night, but fun! Ryan came home I think around 11 and we played some Melee, then we went to Waffle House ’cause we were both hungry and craving chocolate chip waffles. It’s always so much fun when we just get to hang out. When we got home, we ordered and watched Man of the Year, which wasn’t the movie either of us were expecting, but still good. Then we did Ryan’s taxes. I thought I was a procrastinator, damn. See, this is the first time he’s done his own taxes instead of going to H&R Block, and I agreed to help him on the condition that we’d do them and then if he didn’t like the outcome, he just wouldn’t submit and then he could go back to H&R Block. Well, at 4 am on the 17th, that just wasn’t an option! So miraculously, we got through the initial entering of all the information a lot more smoothly than I was expecting, but then his refund wasn’t as high as he was expecting and blahblahblah, but I just sat back and he got it all figured out and here we are. It was 5am before we called it a night.
